There are many factors to take into account when ordering custom made shutters as it is not like buying a TV online. Therefore to ensure we give you the very best possible advice about your plantation shutters and windows please send us your approximate window dimensions so that we can reply right away with an all inclusive quotation.

Of course everyone works to a budget and we like to give all our prospective customers considering shutters a ballpark / approximate price for their shutters.

When you've received our quote for your shutters you will have a very good idea of how much your shutters will cost. We can them arrange a no-obligation (to purchase) consultation for either Lewis or Paul to visit you. The consultation will last between 30 – 60 minutes, depending on the number of windows you require shutters for. You will be shown examples of the shutter panels, given design advise on the shutter configuration which best suits your windows and period of your property and they will leave you with a definitive price. There's no hassling you and no high pressure sales tactics.

To proceed with your order for custom made shutters we require a deposit of 50% with the balance payable on completion of your shutter installation. Installation will take place around 7 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Naturally, we'd like to work with you when you move forward to buy your shutters, and we encourage you to contact us with any questions you have about your shutters. You can email us photos of your windows even if you're not yet ready to order your shutters and we can reply with advice about what design of shutters would work best for your windows.
