For hard to reach windows remote control shutter slats offer a perfect solution. As the UK pioneer of this shutter product options many of our customers have taken advantage of this easy to use fantastically practical shutter slat operating solution. With no hard wiring required there is no mess and no fuss when the plantation shutters are installed – the battery is located within the shutter panels and will last up to 3000 slat rotations. Ideal for shutters fitted on velux windows or conservatories.

Shutterly Fabulous was the first UK company to offer a shutter slat system with the option of no visible push rod. The shutter push rod is the bar down the centre of the panel that is traditionally found on shutter panels, to tilt and adjust the slats themselves.
However, our innovative Open Skies system conceals the rod at the back of the panel and is therefore not visible within the room. This gives a clean contemporary look to your wooden plantation shutters and is a fantastic solution if you opt for may small panels within your shutter design. Less fuss, more clean lines – Open Skies offers a stylish, easy to use shutter solution.

All our speciality shutter shapes are hand made and as such are slightly more expensive than regular rectangular panels. However the pricing is exceptionally competitive versus some of the other window dressing solutions which are significantly less attractive and less practical.
