Permanent Full-time Administrator / Customer Care Team
At Shutterly Fabulous, we deliver a level of customer care, product quality and shutter installation expertise that is second to none. Our customers agree, which is why we're growing and looking for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Care Team member to join our Brighton based team.
This is a varied role, 80% office based 20% showroom / visiting customers. You’ll be an initial point of contact for our customers, arranging quotations, scheduling appointments & installations and assisting with general admin tasks. In addition to this you will be responsible for the day to day running of our showroom and occasionally visiting local customers in a consultancy capacity.
Ideally, you'll have a track record in customer-focused sales with the ability to manage your own time in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment. The candidate we seek for this role will need experience in administration and be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience with ACT would be beneficial but not essential. A full driving licence is required.

- Alternative Saturday working. Week one Tuesday to Saturday, week two Monday to Friday.
