In our opinion the key to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is to employ local in-house tradesmen. Interior window shutters are a specialist product, requiring competent shutter experts to survey, design and install them. In light of this, all of our team are employed directly by us - they are not subcontracted to only work when required. Instead they work for us measuring and fitting plantation shutters (and only shutters) every day. The team members who will be working in your home are not conservatory blinds fitters who have received one week’s training in window shutters. Equally they are not working on a high commission only basis as we believe this creates a ‘sales’ environment creating pressure to sell.
