Brighton and Hove Second Seed Shutter Showroom

Second Seed is a unique homewares and furniture shop located in west Hove, East Sussex. A husband and wife team, Paul and Alex, have fused a collection of Paul's original furniture designs with elegant interiors sourced from Europe. Creating a homely feel encompassing the past and present.

Paul started making furniture back in 2000. He was inspired by reclaimed timbers and architectural salvage. The name Second Seed came from the idea that timber starts as a seed and now that it is being recycled and used again it has become a second seed creation.

To complement it’s range of interiors, furniture and gifts, Second Seed has team up with Shutterly Fabulous to showcase their plantation shutters. On display are Victorian bay window shutters as well as regular tier on tier shutters.
