The shutters featured in the Telegraph article are a bespoke grey tier on tier shutter. This design option was specifically selected as the customer wanted to maximise the light entering the room when the top panels are folded open. The bottom section of panels can stay closed, with the slats adjusted to control the light entering the room, this gives the added advantage of retaining privacy from the adjacent road.
