Christmas 2021: Based on current global shipping uncertainties we are unable to guarantee any installation prior to Christmas this year. However, if you have ordered before the end of August, we will endeavour to make every effort to fit your shutters in December before Christmas.
COVID-19: Our UK warehouses are open and operating normally, with additional safety measures in place. However, we are currently experiencing some disruption at shipping ports and train terminals which has resulted in extended lead times.

When will my order be ready for installation?
We know you’ll be keen to get your shutters installed as quickly as possible, however due to them being made-to-order at our overseas facility we are only able to provide an estimated timescale for arrival to our UK warehouse:

*These timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Allow 1-2 weeks extra for special shapes, custom colours, stained finishes and if requesting a drawing.
Once your order arrives with us, our team will be in contact to offer a prospective date for the installation with your Shutter Specialist. Depending on your and their availability, this can be within a week or two of arrival.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your delivery has been delayed due to an event outside of our direct control then we will do everything we can to ensure that it is installed at the earliest possible opportunity. However, as our lead times are only ever given as our ‘best estimate’ we are unable to provide a discount if your order arrives later than originally expected.
