COVID-19: Our UK warehouse is open and operating normally, with additional safety measures in place. However we are currently experiencing some disruption at shipping ports and train terminals which means our estimated lead times are currently extended.

All customers who placed orders from 1st October 2020 onwards should expect their orders to arrive slightly later than would normally be the case. Our lead times have been updated below for guidance. We will keep you updated via email and are doing all that we can to minimise any delay to your professional installation.

When will my order be ready for installation?

We know you’ll be keen to get your shutters installed as quickly as possible, however due to them being made-to-order at our overseas facility we are only able to provide an estimated timescale for arrival to our UK warehouse:

Once your order arrives with us, our team will be in contact to offer a prospective date for the installation with your Shutter Specialist.  Depending on your and their availability, this can be within a week or two of arrival.

 

 

Does my order qualify for pre-Christmas installation?

If you paid your deposit and received your order confirmation on or before 12th October 2020, and your order did not include any special shapes, custom colours or stained shutters, then it will qualify for pre-Christmas installation. Our team will be in touch to offer a suitable appointment date once we have received your order at our UK warehouse.

 

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your delivery has been delayed due to an event outside of our direct control then we will do everything we can to ensure that it is installed at the earliest possible opportunity. However, as our lead times are only ever given as our ‘best estimate’ we are unable to provide a discount if your order arrives later than originally expected.
