We are confident that our prices for made-to-measure, fully-fitted shutters are the best you’ll find in the UK. However, in the unlikely event you receive a cheaper shutters quote from one of our competitors we’ll beat it (not just match it), even if they are offering MDF against our real, natural Hardwood.

Our Price Beat is the most comprehensive in the shutter industry and is valid right up until the day of your shutter installation! That means you can place your order with us in complete confidence that you won’t get a better deal elsewhere.

How Price Beat Works

Simply request an appointment and we’ll come out to survey and design your shutters. If you’d like to get an idea of our pricing beforehand, do check out our simple online price estimator as we are completely transparent on price (unlike most of our competitors… they are a secretive bunch!).

After your visit we’ll provide you with a fully itemised quotation for your perusal. If you find a cheaper quotation for the same windows elsewhere simply fill in our Price Beat Request form. We’ll ask you for some basic details and to attach a copy of the competitors quote so we can check it and revise your quote price accordingly.

Amazingly, you can send us a Price Beat Request at any stage in your Shutterly Fabulous journey, even once you’ve placed your order with us and paid your deposit! If we agree on a Price Beat deal when your order is already in progress we’ll simply knock the difference off your remaining balance.

Important Stuff

We’ve tried to keep things super simple but here are a few important things to bear in mind:

We’ll only Price Beat against VAT registered UK companies.
We only Price Beat against the product (the shutters!) and this must include installation. (We don’t price beat alternate delivery services)
You must have received the competitor’s quote within 14 days of submitting it to us via our Price Beat Request form.
The Competitors quotation must clearly itemise the shutters for each window and includes material and specification such as tilt rod.
We don’t Price Beat against Trade/Wholesale sellers or ‘Do-It-Yourself’ shutter retailers.

For an imported shutter (made overseas):

We will price beat any shutter material with our Hardwood range, including but not limited to; MDF, composite and PVC shutters.

For a UK Made Shutter:

We will price beat any like for like product supplied in a similar timeframe.
