The shutters are fabulous. We went for the split height to give the most flexibility and we’re glad we did. The ability to control air flow is vital when trying to manage the heat this summer. The fitters were fantastic. Very friendly and very professional. Be prepared to wait longer than the advertised 2 - 4 weeks though. We waited about 7 weeks in the end from booking to fitting, although I realise a fitter left the business part way through.

We had shutters fitted in the living room and everything was perfect from start to finish from measuring by Brad P who gave advice about choice and style to competitive quotation by the company and installation. Brad P arrived on time to fit the shutters and did a fantastic job. He was friendly and professional and very tidy. We were very pleased with the shutters and so decided to order again for the kitchen and then again for the bedrooms. We would 100% recommend Shutterly Fabulous.

Main reason I went for these guys was the customer service I got from Charlie, who was the guy they sent for a quote and he then followed through with the fit. He was informative, he listened and advised me on the best shutters for my windows.I got quotes from other places and Shutterly were happy to price match.All in all a great experience and I'm really happy with my shutters.

I love my shutters.Spencer came initially to take my order and measure.He returned and fitted them. I am absolutely delighted with them, they complete each room.The craftsmanship is excellent, I had wood. I was told it would take a while as they were being made specifically for my windows.It was worth the wait.I felt Spencer was very friendly, professional and did a perfect job.I can't praise Shutterly fabulous enough.I would recommend them.

We absolutely LOVE our new shutters and they look way better than we thought they would. Communication from the company is very good. We had to wait a while for them to be made but considering that they are custom made this is totally understandable. Good quality shutters installed by very capable staff. We are extremely happy with our shutters and can strongly recommend this company.

The shutters are excellent quality, and the communication from the outset to install was great.The only issue for us is that our bedroom windows open inwards, and two of these windows will now only open a few centimeters before they hit the frame of the shutters at the top. Not great from a fire risk point of view!What’s annoying is that if the frame had been lifted up about a centimetre they would have opened. If the installer has given us this option we would have gone with it, even if it... meant delays if he didn’t have the correct wood to lift the frames in his van.read more

Very disappointed with the shutters and the quality of the fitting, especially as they were installed for my elderly father.The fitter arrived on Friday without the correct trim, so the job couldn’t be completed. He returned on Saturday with trim in the wrong colour but fitted it anyway. The fitter then removed all of the incorrect trim, which damaged the walls and meant the rooms required redecorating. Most of the shutters do not even open properly without catching due to the poor fitting. I... am extremely disappointed and cannot believe my father’s house has been left in this condition. As it stands, my father has poorly fitted and unfinished shutters, which are unusable.It’s frustrating that the company was quick to take payment from an elderly customer but not so quick to resolve the issue properly. At the moment the job is incomplete and looks unprofessional.Very unhappy with the service and would not use this company again.UPDATEThis company has to completely remove two of fully fitted shutters and replace them due to fitting issues. We have been told it will take over two weeks to correct the problem.They offered a partial refund, but the amount wouldn’t even cover the time I have had to take off work to stay at home for them to refit the shutters.If you choose to use this company, make sure you confirm that the fitter has significant experience installing shutters. It seems the fitter who came to us had only fitted a few sets before, which may explain the problems.Overall, the whole experience has been very disappointing, and the compensation offered is simply not acceptable given the inconvenience caused.read more

Had our shutters fitted by Luca at Shutterly Fabulous. Service and workmanship were amazing from beginning to end. Very happy with the finished product.

From beginning to end the whole process has been very professional, quick and easy. Ken Smith was our agent who came to give us a quote, what a delight, he was super friendly and so helpful with his advice about what we could have. He did all of the measurements, we made our decisions and then on his computer he showed us what our choices would look like. We placed our order the next day after being let down by another company for a second quote, paid the 50% deposit and we're kept informed via... email at all times. Ken came back to fit our shutters on 5 windows, he is a real perfectionist, very clean and tidy worker and obviously takes great pride in his work, he did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with our choices.read more

The service right from the start has been fabulous. Me Lee Carby measured, ordered, stored and then fitted the shutters. He is a true professional and highly skilled person. He is very friendly and takes great care when he is at work. His attention to details and skills are of highest standards. He diesn’t like even one mm difference in joints. From start to finish we were looked after so well.I spent a long time getting different companies round to quote, but the service here was, for us, perfect.We were lucky enough to have Jamie to measure, quote and install. On installation day we also had Mark here. They were both polite and hard working, and we felt very comfortable to have them in our home.We decided on Cafe style shutters and we are thrilled with them.Thank you all especially, Jamie for his patience.

It’s been a while since we had our shutters fitted but I always like to leave it a length of time to truly see if the product is worth it and stands the test of time. I’m happy to report that I love my shutters by Shutterly Fabulous as much as the day they were fitted. They still look brand new and I have had no problems with the quality and maintenance of them over the last few months. The fitter was excellent and left me spares which I haven’t needed which is a very good sign. They are easy... to clean and always get compliments. I would 100% recommend this company.read more

Fantastic service from start to finish, and incredibly competitive price for shutters on all of our front windows- much more reasonable than several other companies we tried for the same, if not a better product! Really impressed with Shutterly Fabulous & would highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous and immaculate shutters. We are in love. We had ours painted using Little Greene's 'Roman Plaster' and they're beautiful. Excellent service from the fitters, and they even left us a bit of colour-matching silicone sealant for future touch-ups.

We have been delighted with the whole experience. Initially I called them by mistake thinking it was another local company. I was impressed with the customer services that decided to get a quote. This was easy and fast with a competitive price. Sergej our fitter, was excellent in taking us through the whole process. He was patient and reassuring, and has done a fab job of the final fitting. Our shutters look amazing. I highly recomment this company and Sergej.

Very professional and quality installation. Lead times could have been shorter, or failing that better comms as I had to follow up. Otherwise would highly recommend

Daniel Green came and explained the system and helped us choice the type we wanted. Daniel was very helpful and didn't give us the big sale. We ordered and paid our deposit. We were told that it would take eleven weeks, but we would be kept up to date. After eleven weeks when we had not heard a thing, we thought we had been scammed. I phoned up and was told our shutters where on the ship. After another four weeks, we got a call and our shutters were fitted within a few days.Daniel Green came... and fitted the shutters without fuss and we are very pleased with them.So if you are thinking off getting these shutters you have to be patient (which I'm not) as 15 weeks wait is a long time.read more

From the initial appointment to installation I have been really impressed with the whole process. Clint arrived on time to measure and discuss all the aspects of the shutters - not an easy installation as it is a big window and I wanted a custom fit to ensure it was in keeping with the double doors it would be covering. A long wait (but as promised) and then the same person Clint came to install them - took about 3 hours and left everything clean and tidy. Shutters are perfectly fit and look... fantastic! My only advise to the owners is to keep in touch during the waiting time - especially when custom made - several months of time passes and a "keep in touch" email would make all the difference.read more

Really pleased with the whole experience from initial contact, survey and fitting. Well worth the 12 week lead time and the money. Shutters look great and Paul Williams the fitter did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy.
