I can highly recommend Shutterly Fabulous. The process from start to finish was excellent. The customer care was very helpful. We had a great member of staff measure up and fit our beautiful shutters. We could not be happier ! They have elevated the house ! We chose tier on tier, we love the flexibility of these.

Hardwood shutters ordered for 11 windows in Victorian renovation.Paid extra for express delivery of 8-10 weeks, but actual time was 14 weeks.Paid extra for colour matched shade of white. The colour of the shutters delivered is substantially different to what was ordered, and looks completely out of place having a distinct yellow tint.Two bay windows in the house, and after shutters installed the centre windows in each bay can no longer tilt forward.Order arrived with a badly damaged... shutter, missing trims and white hinge pins for black hinges. They've undertaken to replace with express delivery, but if same as original order could be total of 28wks or over 6mths for final completion of order.UPDATE: Shutterly Fabulous were quick to reply and offer an acceptable solution. However, it is two weeks before they are able to attend for a remedial visit and potentially another 14 weeks for the new shutters. So am still facing another 16 weeks / 4 months to get the shutters.read more

I have just had the shutters installed, and I’ve noticed that the top 4 splits are missing. This was specifically agreed upon with the designer. I had also explicitly asked for the shutters to match those downstairs, including the tilt.The installation itself was not ideal. For a premium-priced product, the fitters should fit it perfectly.The fitter was ready to leave and had packed up. If I hadn't checked the shutters, he would have left, and I would have had to ask Shutterly to come back... and correct a lot of it.The feet were not attached to the shutters; two sets didn't close to the magnet. I had to ask the fitter to put the feet on, to be told 'well they don't make a difference'Over four shutters sets were stiff, and some remain stiff when opening and closing. The fitter said 'well they'll loosen with use so don't worry'....Erm...great response.I mentioned that Purely Shutters fitted out downstairs one perfectly, and there are no problems and was repeatedly told that Shutterly isn't Purely Shutters- which I understand- I'm not an idiot. However, I chose Shutterly Fabulous because of the service and installation from Purely Shutters. (Shutterly Fabulous took over Purely Shutters)Purely shutters fitted our downstairs one perfectly, all shutters run smoothly and closed to the magnet without having to ask for any adjustments.It seems with your takeover, the quality, and surveyors and fitters are now sub-standard. I'd not recommend this company now to others.read more

Excellent service all round, Joe arrived on time to measure up and talk us through the shutter options, he was extremely helpful and provided us with a quote on the spot. The quotation was extremely competetive and although we found a slightly lower quote from another Company we were so impressed with the service Shutterly Fabulous provided we decided to place our order with them, when we told them we had received a slightly lower quote they had no hesitation in matching the price.Manufacture... of our shutters was as we had been quoted and arranging the delivery and fitting was efficient. We're so pleased with our new shutters and so pleased we chose to go ahead with Shutterly Fabulous. Joe came to measure and talk me through the options available, and then came to fit them too. I do love continuity! Joe was really helpful, friendly and professional and furthermore, had a challenging time fitting them as our windows are rather unconventional - our property was built in the late 1700's, but he did a fantastic job! We had a couple of quotes and Shutterly was very competitive on price, but what really stood out was the service. Mark Knight handled everything from the quote to the fitting and he was superb - friendly, professional, and meticulous. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and the shutters look fantastic. Highly recommend, especially if you get Mark!

Shutterly Fabulous installed shutters on our downstairs window. The results were stunning, Mark fitted them very quickly and professionally. Because of our BT box, he fitted them as a frame to the window rather than recessed against it. We just love them and would highly recommend Shutterly Fabulous both on price and fitting.

Excellent service from start to finish. The shutters are superb quality and are guaranteed. The fitter went beyond, not only fitting the shutters efficiently but hoovering up after each window completed, in our case the whole house and removing any unwanted curtain rods and curtains. We have also been left spare shutters but understand they are rarely needed / used in view of the quality of the units. Would thoroughly recommend the company, which act for John Lewis

Absolutely love my new shutters! I had such a great experience from my first appointment measuring up to the install day. It was a nice touch that the same member of staff did both visits. The new look of our Bungalow is fabulous. Obi came back in January following his visit to fit the Shutters to the front of the Bungalow and now just ahead of Easter Obi returned to fit the shutters for the rear of the Bungalow. We are so impressed with the way Obi worked and that all the packaging was removed and each room was vacuumed when he had completed the room and he checked that it met with our approval.Thank you to all of the team especially to OBI for such and excellent job. We will... recommend you to friends both for the workmanship and the Quality of the shutters. Omg I knew they were going to look good but they look absolutely amazing, totally transformed the house inside and out. So many compliments from friends and neighbours. The quality of the shutters are amazing, they have been fitted to perfection by Stuart who really took his time and done an amazing job, not one fault. Was unsure whether to go with blinds or shutters but I’m really glad we went with the shutters as... the overall look is far superior and was a reasonable price.
