How Our Price Beat Promise Works

Book your free home appointment and we’ll come out to survey and design your shutters.
After your in-home survey, you’ll receive a detailed, itemised quote.
If you find a cheaper like-for-like quotation elsewhere, simply complete our Price Beat Promise request form and share the competitor’s quote. Amazingly, you can send us a Price Beat request at any stage in your Shutterly Fabulous journey – even after you’ve placed your order and paid your deposit!
We’ll review the details, and revise your price accordingly. And if you’ve already placed your order, any difference will be deducted from your remaining balance.

It’s as simple as that!

Important Stuff

We’ve tried to keep things super simple, but there are some important things to bear in mind:

We’ll only Price Beat against VAT registered UK companies.
We only Price Beat against the product (the shutters), and this must include installation. We don’t price beat alternate delivery services.
You must have received the competitor’s quote within 14 days of submitting it to us via our Price Beat request form.
The competitor’s quote must clearly itemise the shutters for each window and include the material and specifications such as the tilt rod.
We don’t Price Beat against trade/wholesale sellers or ‘Do-It-Yourself’ shutter retailers.

Whether it’s an imported (made overseas) or UK-made shutter, we’ll beat any like-for-like product supplied in a similar timeframe.
