What are the specialists’ trade backgrounds?
Our specialists mainly come from carpentry backgrounds and have years of experience working with wooden plantation shutters. As a team, we are all passionate about the high-quality products that Shutterly Fabulous provides and love finding bespoke solutions for all our customers shutter needs.
What does your day-to-day consist of?
During our day-to-day, we attend several measures or install appointments. We safely visit our home visits wearing all of the appropriate PPE and ensure we keep a 2m distance at all times. The safety of our customers is our number one priority, and we will follow all precautions necessary when visiting customers’ homes.
During our initial measure appointment, we talked through the homeowner’s needs and requirements. Once we know what the customer wants from their Kent shutters, we then use our expertise to advise on how to best achieve the perfect bespoke shutters for their home. We come prepared with samples of our entire range of colours, stains, and hinges. We even have small example panels of the different ranges we offer so that the customers can get a real feel of the quality we offer.
When we have spoken through all the design details, we then expertly do the first measure. We will return to do the final measure when the customer has confirmed their purchase.

It is really rewarding! It’s so wonderful to see the difference these fabulous shutters make to customers’ homes. On our installation appointments, we come prepared with all of the equipment to guarantee an easy and stress-free process, and we take every safety precaution during the installation that we do with our initial appointment.
